Taylor Instruments 1524 Wireless Indoor and Outdoor Thermometer with Remote Sensor at $11.95, is simple, reliable and accurate. The base unit reads the indoor conditions, while the remote sensor wirelessly reports outdoor weather conditions back to the base unit for an all-in-one weather display.
A wireless outdoor remote sensor reads outdoor temperatures from 14 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit, with an optional 10 foot probe cord for reporting temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Taylor 1524 features temperature trend icons, high/low temp recall and a low battery indicator. It can stand on the tabletop or be mounted on the wall. The thermometer comes with one remote sensor, and it can support up to two additional sensors (model 1534).
The base unit requires two AAA batteries and the remote sensor requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). It is backed by a one year limited manufacturer warranty.
