The handle of the Wind Wizard unfolds quickly to form a comfortable and secure handhold and there is a built-in wrist lanyard for added security. The large dial is calibrated in three easy to read scales: miles-per-hour, meters-per-second and Beaufort. It covers the full span of 0-60mph winds.

Designed around precision meter movement, the dial scale is supported on sapphire jewel bearings and restrained by gold plated precision balance spring. Dial motion is dampened using a state-of-the-art “Rare Earth” magnetic circuit, which smoothes and averages the reading during gusty wind conditions.

The stylish black case is made from high-impact plastic and all metal parts are corrosion resistant for long life. There are no batteries to wear out and replace and all moving parts are fully contained and protected within the unit.
