The solar radiation sensor measures solar radiation and, combined with an anemometer and a temperature and humidity sensor, helps you monitor evapotranspiration.
The diffuser element and housing are carefully designed for accurate response. A silicon photo diode provides a good match to the solar spectrum.
The two-piece housing minimizes radiation heating and allows convection cooling of the sensor, preventing trapping of water or dust.
This sensor includes a built-in level and three feet of cable.
Compatible with both original Vantage Pro and Vantage Pro2.
