RainWise Weather Stations RAINLOG-RAINEW Rainlog Data Logger with Rain Collector at $165.95, is battery operated and fits inside the included rain gauge. It will log total rainfall at a one minute resolution for up to one year.
Mounting hardware is not included. The Rain Gauge should be mounted 3 feet above the ground and you should provide adequate drainage for the collector as the bucket empties through 2 drains in the base.
The Data Logger can easily be unplugged and connected to the serial port of your computer.
